• You will give advice and support to the management team in all aspects of HR like employee lifecycle, performance, career and talent management, organization development, change management
• You will also help in aligning recruitment needs with people managers, participate in interviews and integrate new colleagues into the organization
• You will continuously improve HR processes and find the best solutions
• You will ensure all policies and processes are up to date and legally compliant
• You will provide guidance to all employees
• You train and coach people leaders
• You help increasing employee satisfaction
• You can work together with different stakeholders within Delivery Hero to implement new initiatives

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások

• University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• At least 1-2 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or HR business partner with recruitment focus in fast-growing environment
• You have experience both with white collar and blue collar colleagues
• You have driving license as you will visit our colleagues in foodora market shops every 3 months
• Confident English and Hungarian proficiency (written and oral) is a must
• You are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
• You can handle several different tasks and responsibilities parallelly and love being structured and organized
• You have very good sense to people
• You can adapt easily to new challenges
• You like to take ownership are not afraid to get your hands dirty when something needs to be done
• You consider yourself a proactive person who likes to challenge the thinking of others.
• You are open minded and like to work with enthusiastic and joyful HR team members.
